UHAUL is the worst company. Your right hand doesn't know what your left hand is doing. Your website said we could drop in Sandpoint and we paid more than $100 more to drop there than in SPOKANE, which was suggested. WE DECLINED ON THE WEBSITE. YET when I went to drop at the Sandpoint location, I was told they could not receive the truck and NO LOCATION in Sandpoint could. Taylor at the 800 number is incapable of being professional or helpful. She reports to Austin and she was completely unhelpful. She actually said she's been telling many of your customers the same thing for over 2 months-that they can't drop where they were told they could. She also said if I left the truck at Squeeky's, UHAUL would charge me the round trip charge instead of one way. THREATENING A CUSTOMER! She told me I'd have to drive 1 1/2 hours (each way!) to SPOKANE or MONTANA to drop the truck. Are you KIDDING ME!??? (LISTEN TO THE RECORDING; SHE SAID THIS WAS RECORDED!) I DECLINED DROPPING IT IN SPOKANE WHEN I MADE THE STUPID ONLINE RESERVATION! I WAS TOLD AT PICKUP by Mark that my contract was "open" and that I could drop it at Squeeky's. Mark at Storage Central then repeated what he told me, ON SPEAKERPHONE, to the guys at Squeeky's who then proceeded to tell him he was wrong. Come to find out, it's not Mark's fault. Taylor told me she'd give me $100 for gas and 2 extra days to take it back to Spokane! She's a fool because we already paid OVER 100$ more to drop it in Sandpoint. So she's going to give me back LESS than the amount I paid to DECLINE dropping in Spokane?!!! YOUR CONTRACT STATES that SANDPOINT is my "destination", NOT SPOKANE. To a customer, that means the same as "LOCATION". Your website gave me a choice of where to drop; I CHOSE SANDPOINT. In the end, Squeeky's got a hold of someone and received the truck. Clearly Squeeky's was able to handle the problemTaylor was not able to handle. And she has absolutely no ability to deal with a furious and frustrated customer. And why wouldn't I be furious! Expecting your customers to drive 3 hours to return a truck is reprehensible. It's fraudulent. And I'm reporting what happened to VISA.Dawn R.

I was overcharged on miles because i was supposed to return the truck at a store 2 miles away. That was not made clear to us even though they knew i was keeping my truck there and had plans on picking the truck up later that day when i returned the uhaul. They said they tried to call and leave a voicemail but there is no missed calls or a voicemail from them. When i picked the truck up there was coffee spilled on the dash and around the cup holders and the cab was messy. I was overcharged over $200. I feel they stole from me.Benjamin R.

Friendly staff. Truck got a flat tire after we left within 10 miles of the facility. Roadside assistance did not answer the phone until 42 minutes after I first tried contacting them on the 800 phone number. That was a terrible response time.Ken W.

Squeekies was great, the folks there were super nice and helpful. The U-Haul experience not quite as great. We reserved a 15' truck in Ponderey and got sent to Hayden (40 ish mile's away) for a 20' truck instead. Took quite a bit of back and forth to get closer.Alicia E.

My reservation was at A to Z rental in Ponderay, ID. I showed up on time with my email confirmation and they did not have a truck for me. Somewhere Uhaul dropped the ball and the people at A-to Z rental are very rude, could care less, and not helpful there. They need to not be a uhaul location. Squeekys thankfully saved the dayTyler W.

I mid-week before our weekend pick up to make sure everything was in order...it was a disaster. It took us 3 hours and a lengthy conversation with Uhaul management to be able to retrieve it. It lead to a mental break down. Uhaul is awful.Lindsey D.
The website is ridiculous! First of all it shouldn't matter if my location is turned on on my phone. I spent 20 minutes trying to satisfy your computer and another 45 minutes waiting for your website to work. So I could pick it up. Then when I dropped it off I had to struggle with the website again. It wanted pictures but wouldn't give me the option to load them. It should have been very easy but it wasn't.Katherine S.

My UHaul contract required that I drop off the UHaul Truck (& a hand truck/"utility dolly" and 12 furniture pads) at a time that Squeeky's was closed so I parked the truck, completed the online drop-off process at www.uhaul.com/share and then called Squeeky's ....leaving a message regarding the drop off information. I all worked fine. Squeeky's open a little later today so I will call them again just to make sure everything is A-OK. Thank you. JimJAMES H.
I was very frustrated because even though I reserved a big truck for our move day to be picked up at the closest location to us, on the day of our move the truck was not available there! We had to drive 50 miles to pick up a truck from another location! So I was not pleased at all with U-Haul !Sylvia R.

Make sure the truck has good tires. The front tire blew while driving on the freeway. Could have resulted in injury or death. Both front tires were balding.Marc W.
