My reservation was at 9:00 am and when I arrived the business was still closed. An employee finally showed up around 9:30 and seemed surprised that people were outside waiting. Once inside the employee immediately started taking phone calls which delayed me another 15 mins before I was finally able to get the truck.

Make sure when someone does a reservation that the truck is available like stated. I did not receive a call the day prior to picking up the truck and had to drive an additional 12 miles to pick up the truck.

It is imperative that I get a call when my uhaul rental has been relocated to another location. It should be a policy that uhaul call customers the same day or within 24 hours of a change in the rental Contract.

Customer service training for staff to ensure a more quality experience for customers as well as increasing possibilities of building more business with customer retention. I'm not one to usually complain but this is the second incident with the same employee where there have been a multitude of issues from beginning to end. I believe quality training would increase customer satisfaction and overall ratings... The overall service that I received really leaves a bad image for U-Hauls standards of quality

Overall very convenient location. The staff was swift. The truck however was not clean at all. Perhaps it was a quick turnaround, but the entire truck had a smoke smell and the outside was very dirty.

The owner/manager of this U-Haul insured I never spend another dime with this particular location. I would rather move by hand! The lack of professionalism and customer service this gentleman displayed during my move is 100% not ok and Not only will not recommend a friend.. when I’m done actually moving I’ll be telling google, Yelp, and anyone else I possibly can just how bad they were.

This location was difficult to find and didn't feel "safe" or well organized. The entrances were difficult to find and where to put the unit was not clear. I would not return or pick up from this location again.
