The man who helped us with our u haul trip told us “you are paying for 24 hours so don’t worry about the time”. When I called to confirm this a few hours into our trip, the store would not answer their phone. We had to get in Touch in 1800 u haul to resolve the issue. We lost a lot of money and had a very challenging move because of the salesperson. It was very dissapointing and I would be willing to help by speaking further with a representative to hopefully help others in the future.

We dropped the truck off and placed the keys in the drop box while the attendant watched us do this. We received numerous phone calls stating we had not returned the truck and an email at 11:30am the next morning stating the same. Finally got it sorted out but realized I was charged for insurance which I did not choose. I did receive a refund but lots of extra hassle. Not a good experience overall.



The associate working the front desk was very kind and pleasant. She worked fast to get me in and out. She gets an A+ for her Customer Service. Now the rental truck was very nasty on the inside. There was dried coffee (or some type of drink that spilled) on the dashboard, stuff all over the floor, cigarette ashes every where, and it smelled like smoke. It's clear they do not clear their trucks after each usage. I started cleaning a little, but I stopped because that wasn't my job. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the truck.

The guy behind the counter did not offerto assist me in hooking it up (though I knew how). When I returned the unit he just stood around and talked with his buddies and did not offer to help me disconnect the trailer. I had to move another trailer to put the unit in a space out of the way. Very poor experience. Will not be using this location again.

First off, the truck was not only old and rickety, but the check engine light was on and the low tire pressure warning was on when I picked it up. The employee apparently didn’t even check it before he gave it to me. No worries, I only needed to take it like 10 mikes down the road. I dropped it off after hours, after filling the tank back to where it was when I picked it up. 48 hours later I get a bill for $17.80 in gas charges claiming I dropped it off at 3/4 of a tank rather than 7/8. I found this hard to believe since it never even reached that low when I used it. I went back to the store and brought up the dispute to an employee on duty. He claimed the truck hadn’t moved since I dropped it off. It clearly was in a different location than when I dropped it off. He showed me the gas gauge and it was lower than when I left it. I showed him the receipt from where I put 3 gallons of gas in it at the gas station next door. How was it possible that moving it 20 yards dropped the gas gauge down a 1/4 of a tank? His response was, “this thing eats gas”. He didn’t do anything for me. I’m very frustrated because I did the right thing, and clearly their is something screwy going on here. I understand the employees point of view, but I also had evidence I put gas in the vehicle right before dropping it off. Very frustrated and will NEVER use this location again.

No mechanical or physical issues with the truck, but there was a box in the front seat of the truck and the cargo area was dirty.

The back of the truck had leaves and dirt on the floor it should have been swept out before rental. The truck had a belt squealing when pulling a hill or accelerating from a stop.

Make sure all of the side marker lights are working. The front right side amber light was not functioning.



Thanks for renting us the van that smelled like a cattle car. Good thing we had furniture pads to lay down everywhere In hopes our stuff wouldn't pick up that odor. Really Guys! Next time, check the odors. Try washing out the inside with Clorox on all the rubber and metal. Wipe down the seats. The person before us must have moved either zoo or barn animals in it. Other than that, service was great.
