I went to this location based on my reservation time. When I arrived I was informed by the Uhaul Representative that UHaul didn't have the opportunity the 5'x7' trailer available at this location. Nobody from UHaul had either texted, email or phoned me of about of this error. The Representative did find a location that had the trailer I requested. His effort was truly appreciated. Because I had already arranged labor help and appointment time to meet the seller to pick up and move the item. So what was to be a two hour transaction turned into a four hour process. UHaul needs to improve on their scheduling customer's requests and ensuring equipment is available.BURNICE S.

I rented the u/haul for a one way trip. The customer service guy didn't tell me that I had to rent it for 2 days. I returned it in Prattville Alabama on Thursday, September 2, 2021 thinking I would get a refund for the day not used. But that wasn't the case. I feel that the customer service guy should have made that clear to me, because I paid for a day of service in which I didn't use and U-Haul had the ability to rent the truck I returned and make a profit. This isn't fair to the customer.CLARA F.
I went to rent a 26' truck for a long distance one way trip and the rear blinker was not working. Because there were no other 26' trucks, they had me submit a roadside assistance claim. The roadside assistance tried working on it for a day, but could not fix it. Finally, after waiting 32 hours, they swapped the trucks for my long distance move. Please make sure everything is checked on trucks before listing them online in inventory.BRIAN M.

Somehow, one of the many URLs I found led me to the checkout site. Most of the URLs, including some posted at this site, did not lead me to the proper 24 hour drop off instructions. U-Haul seriously needs to upgrade its website, app, and customer service. My experience with you all overall on this trip was quite poor, but you only asked about the locations in your survey. Has U-Haul considered The other aspects of a customer's journey/experience? The truck smelled horrible inside and the location was kind of musty although the gentleman was working hard and was very helpful. We just had to ride around in a smelly truck (the cab) and that was unpleasant.Lenora P.

I picked the truck up before they opened for a cross country move. The windshield had 4 cracks in it right in the drivers line of sight in addition to the air conditioning not working. After roadside assistance couldn't fix the AC issue, I spent 3 hours waiting it to be repaired at the U-Haul repair facility.April H.

The website "after hours" application is horrible!!! There was nothing about the gas level before the trip. Screens froze. It took forever to check the truck out and back in.Terri W.

This location was nice, however it was not the original location I had chosen when I ordered the Uhaul. I went to pick up the truck at the location I'd chosen and they told me they didn't have one available. The van I rented had the oil change light on. Not sure if needed maintenance or not but not a confident feeling as the renter. Also the left blinker was out. I told the guy when I returned it. Every time I use uhaul I get over charged for fuel. I filled the truck and was still charged 14 dollars for fuel. The truck was unsafe, the breaks were bad and dangerous. Roaches in the truck.LARRY V.
