My only issue was during the after hours pick up, I had trouble finding the key. I had to call U-Haul for help. It was inside the cargo area locked with a padlock. Totally fine but usually there’s a key box on the building. Just a heads up of where to find the key would’ve been helpful.

I was required to drop off at this location. I had until a Sunday to drop off the truck. I dropped it off on a Saturday @ 2:30pm. Rhino Linings is not open on weekends. I called the business phone number & left a message. I received a text saying someone would get back to me. I could also text. Before I left the property, I texted where I left the truck and I put the key in the drop box. Never heard back. Later I found a $79.40 additional charges for dropping it off "After Hours" and "Extra Day". I visited Rhino Linings to find out they checked it in on Monday, even though I had documentation from the texts. Office personnel said I would have to take it up with UHaul! No help at all. I did reach out to Uhaul Customer Service. They were helpful! They were able to help with the unnecessary charges. Overall, the UHaul experience was very good. The truck was clean and drove nicely.
