Awful for pick up APP would not work. Could get in app then when would click on pick up truck screen would to blank screen over and over. Luckily Rhinoshield was still open and they had a number to Uhaul to help us. Or not sure how this would have worked. We were to pick up at 4 got there at 3:50, left at almost 4:30. Return was easier.

U-haul corporate had to switch trucks because my original reservation was at the shop, which was okay. But the truck they moved me to didn’t have a loading ramp and that was disappointing. When did U-Haul stop putting loading ramps on the back of the truck? It made my move more difficult because I didn’t have help and had to make extra effort to load and pack. But the location was good, the truck was decent. Not worth giving a bad review over. I’m glad I didn’t get charged for going over my time because it took me longer to load by myself.
JACOB SI returned my truck same day. I was charged for two extra days plus insurance. I tried to call and never got a live person. Very frustrating. Now I have to wait for a refund review.

Craig WTruck wasn't clean upon receiving. Since I checked the truck out on my own through the app, the instructions weren't clear. Video show a key box to open with a code but in reality, it was a padlock on the truck with the key in the cargo box. Then returning instructions weren't clear if I should reattach the padlock before leaving. I usually prefer in person CS but on this date in this location, it was self serve so I had to make do. Maybe now that I've done it this way, I'll be better prepared for a future rental if necessary
