Let the next customer know that the entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I even allowed my 7yr old daughter to come along for the drop off. It was a very pleasant and convenient experience!

Check your vehicles for correct mileage. We did the same route the same amount of times as the previous time we had the truck. About a week ago. This time it was $10 more.

Here is what you are missing. When I reserved this truck it only allowed for 38 miles. I informed the CSR at the pick up location that it was not enough. Even Google Maps proved that point. He offered an additional 5 miles as "the best he is allowed to do", getting me to 43 miles. I said that wasn't enough either but I excepted because what else can you do? It's moving day. I went over by 0.1 on the mileage at turn in, and was charged 9 cents extra. 9 cents doesn't mean a thing to me, but I have to rent this same size truck again for the same trip in two weeks. That 9 cents cost U-Haul my business. Give your CSR's more power to assist the customer and some training in logic, and don't let a computer make poor customer service decisions for your company.

Understaffed with no management. Employees who lack training took 45 minutes to dispatch a truck with a reservation with no other customers waiting.Returning the truck a few days latter was the same situation of understaffed & no management. After waiting in line I was told to go to the side of the building to return truck and after 25 minutes I returned to the line in the lobby and was told just to leave the truck with no receipt. I've tried to reach the General Manager of the location, but she is on vacation & her voicemail is full and her e-mail address doesn't work. I've always gotten great service from the So. Orlando Sanford, FL. location, but the Reinhart location seems to be intentionally be difficult to get & return pickup trucks on the various times I've used the location. It appears that basic business management and operation displayed by the REINHARDT SANFORD FLORIDA U HAUL LOCATION of a a big national company has intentionally displayed lack of customer focus and basic customer service. Obviously the absence of proper hands on management doesn't give the employees the tools they need to do a proper job as well as the SOUTH ORLANDO DR. SANFORD FL location which runs a tight ship and is very effective in their operation. For further feedback you are welcome to call me, but obviously might consider getting the broom and cleaning up this location, which has better potential. Please accept this feedback in the respectful spirit it is sent. U Haul is a great company with a bad local mismanaged store.

My issue was not with the store but with the reservation department. My estimated mileage was supposed to be set at 361 but enter in as 310 Mario was nice enough to add extra mileage to accommodate the mix up the dolly wasn’t included which we were told it would be. So we paid up front no big deal. But we were told end of business day for drop off when in reality it should have been 10am which we were unable to do, do to moving to a different state the time frame was not a reality for our move even tho it was explained during the reservation that Karen set up for us. When reaching out to customer service we were disrespected and yelled at told other customers were more important at the time and verbal agreement were not valid even tho we cancelled a previous reservation with another moving company to use uhaul.
