The representative was great, but the trailer needed to be swept out. My concern is that the trailer I wanted was not available at the location where I reserved it, Bay Rd in Saginaw. I had to drive all the way to Sanford, 30 minutes out of my way (1 hour round trip) to get the equipment. I was not offered a discount or anything for my time and extra travel.
