The drop off location changed. U-haul sen time a text asking me to return here. Front desk clerk was too busy to check in truck. Today she calls me saying I called her. I did not but asked if she checked the truck in and she said yes. Then I get slammed with text messages and calls saying i did not return the truck. Total mess but the truck was turned in, videos and photos taken day of drop off. Get it together !
