Returned the UHaul truck with the same fuel level and was told I will receive the receipt by email. Then they tried to charge me for fuel, $18 for 3 gallon. They also charged me insurance coverage when I denied at booking and at the counter. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING FACILITY
LUCAS NThe staff here talk to customers impolitely. When I returned the car 45 minutes late, they charged me for a day and then cursed at the customer.
