This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. It's easy to reserve and the truck I needed was clean, well maintained and ready as soon as I arrived. The place was spotless and clean on the outside as well as the inside. My very organized and efficient attendant was the best!

I was charged additional for gas after I dropped the rental off, even though I filled up the tank to the proper amount. When trying to get someone on the phone to explain, I was only transferred from one rep to another, no one was able to help, not even the people in the office who processed the return. You guys have no problem taking payments but suddenly when there’s an issue, no one knows anything. Zero accountability and very low service standards.

EDWARD OReturned the UHaul truck with the same fuel level and was told I will receive the receipt by email. Then they tried to charge me for fuel, $18 for 3 gallon. They also charged me insurance coverage when I denied at booking and at the counter. TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING FACILITY
