Easy rental. Juan was great. On the return almost unable to enter the parking lot it was blocked and thankfully I had someone with me who could guide me between two cars blocking entrance.
ZOHE FVery good
HILARIO GHave to be self sufficient. I checked myself out using the phone, took pictures of truck on phone and got the keys from a lock box using a combination given to me. Fairly easy
Cynthia PI have no issues with the workers at UHaul nor the rentals they provide. In getting the truck in San Rafael I was told to fill the truck to its previous amount or be charged before I returned the vehicle. OK...it was pretty nebulous to where the indicator was pointing so I took note of how many miles were left to empty which was 109. I guess I could have gone back to that poor young man who had too much on his plate already for clarification but I didn't...my bad as I didn't want to wait in a fairly large line. After emptying the truck and cleaning it out I saw I was down to 70 miles left so I went to a gas station and put in enough to get it back over the 109. When I returned the truck I made note that the mileage to empty was 130. When I got the receipt I saw I was charged for 3 more gallons at over $7 per gallon...expensive gas....total extra charge over $22. The extra $22 you squeezed from me seems petty ...take it as I guess you maybe need it at the cost of not only looking petty but being petty. If that is the rep you want so be it. I am surprised you dodnt ask for a review of UHaul as a company ...I would definitely give it a lower rating
