I Literally spend five minutes in front of the lady at a cashier politely waiting for her to be done with her conversation with her coworker. She then rudely explained that her register was not open. The man checking me out was having a ton of side conversations, and answered his cell phone while slowly checking me out. Overall terrible experience.

Fuel level on contract was off by 1/2 tank. Customer service rep said he'd take care of it, but didn't. You ended up charging me $21 extra when i delivered it with twice as much fuel as when I received it (from 1/4 tank to 1/2 tank). Only after 30 minutes on the phone being bounced around to customer service was I finally able to rectify it, you made me jump through hoops for something you should have taken care of immediately. Lax customer service, not something I'd recommend to others.

Customer service in the morning and returning the vehicle was slow. For some reason when I pulled up to check out the guy said he couldn't do it and I had to go into the store. There was only 1 employee at the counter and I had to wait over 15 minutes.

I have rented a 9’ van twice recently and both times all staff have been efficient, polite, friendly, and helpful.



Some drop off location information was vague so I ended up spending $20 extra to speak to a live representative for my drop off.

The staff were very rude when I said How dirty the van was. Last time I used Uhaul everything was clean. I had white furniture to move so had hoped for the same and when I questioned it I was told that this was a moving company and of course things get dirty. This was aggressive and rude and I was very shocked and disappointed by his attitude. I also waited 45 mins to pick up the van at the desk.

We rented a utility dolly and one of your employees forgot to put it in the back of the truck before we left. Got all the way home to move and realized it. Set me back 30mins having to go back, but I thought - no big deal - they didn't mean to. I get back to UHaul and the guy I relay this to gives me attitude. Acted like I was inconveniencing him because he was chatting with someone on his earpiece (sounded like a telephone catch-up call "How ya been? What's been up with you?"). I had to interrupt him bc he saw me and didn't stop chatting. I asked for a blanket or something to place on the seat of my car before putting the dolly down, since it was dirty, and instead of him asking the manager for permission, he had me walk inside and do it. I didn't even realize until writing this review that he should have asked on the earpiece his self. I asked where to park before going inside. He tells me and then yells "Whoa, whoa, whoa - you can't block that in!" Maybe you should have been more specific and less concerned with getting back to your phone call. I told him I didn't need the attitude especially considering this was UHaul's fault, not mine. I got easy permission from your awesome, super friendly manager and then wait for the same guy outside to finish up with another UHaul renter. Guess what?! He literally forgot the dolly for that guy too! No joke! He is not on top of his job and it's not even a hard one. I don't know what his name was but he definitely needs a lesson in general human decency and also customer service. I do very much, though, appreciate the GM. Such a lovely guy:)

The people who checked me in were wonderul. Both Tony and Candice(?) were very friendly and welcoming. However, the person who I returned my equipment to was extremely rude and unpleasant. Continually ordered me to do things, was dismissive when I asked questions about my receipt, and generally had a terrible attitude. This person should be reprimanded for their attitude towards a customer. We had had no interaction prior to them arriving with an absolutely terrible attitude.



The employees working at this location are seriously unprofessional. Dropping F bombs and making fun of customers while sitting right in front of me. I will not be returning to this location and will suggest others to do the same.

Furniture dolly was not available even though I had reserved it. Store employee lent me his personal one but that would have been a huge problem if i couldn’t have one to help with my move.
