The U-Haul experience itself was horrible. When we were moving to our new apartment our U-Haul started to smoke from the inside. This was terrifying, we then used the U-Haul app and requested road side assistance to help us after I called the location we picked the U Haul up from. The vehicle was then towed away and we were left to have to find a way home. Ever since U-Haul has called and harassed me asking for there vehicle back and every time I have given them the screen shots of road side assistance and the run down on everything that had happened. Absolutely terrible customer service if they cannot communicate when it comes to their vehicles.
