The gentleman that rented me, the truck was awesome. Made it very easy. The truck came in very handy. Got it done quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place and go back.

WILL WThis experience was terrible. I booked ahead of time and a walk in customer came in at the same time. I was not treated with respect or integrity, I was racially profiled. The manager asked me for information that he didn’t require of his walk in customer and then insinuated that “some people” don’t return things. I asked what made him believe I would be less likely to return things and he had no answer. Men are more likely to commit crimes and be violent than women. This man profiled me (a woman) and acted as if I was some sort of unsavory character, but did not require the same information from a white man that said he had just moved to the area. I returned the vehicle early and will not be using this company again.
