Tried to scam me. Mobile return would not function at this location, it kept giving location error and told me to place the key in the box. Owner waited 2 extra days to return the truck even though it was dropped off and keys placed in the lock box. Would never rent from him again.

Inside of the truck was very dirty from previous customer. Dealer was a liquor store and was late opening that day.
Jeremy GOverall checkout procedure was fine and use of the web app to take pictures is nice, but store lot itself is unlit and in the back of an alley. Check back in procedure was also fine on web app but worker at this location refused to “go out there” to assist with check in, I was told I would have to do self check in without assistance
