Very poor customer service and communication. The truck was dirty, with multiple warning lights on, including the TPMS and check engine light. We reserved an appliance dolly but were not informed it was unavailable, which wasted our time, money and disrupted our move. We were unable to get a reimbursement for the inconvenience. The counter staff was also rude and continued playing Solitaire while speaking with me. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Ronel BWhen I picked up the equipment, the person at the front desk said that the U-Haul had closed down and that they were gonna come pick up all their trucks. I have never been to that lost in the first place and then attend that and really scared me because I was under a time crunch. Then he told me he was joking and I was even more upset because that wasn’t a kind thing to do then for some reason the app set the drop off please to be different in the place that makes sense and I didn’t realize it until after. I was trying to drop it off at the same place I picked it up at. It was a very confusing situation.
