The lady that worked with me in Saraland was very friendly and super nice, however i was overcharged by corporate office and it put my bank acct in the negative. My rental charge was $130.00 on my contract but corporate charged me $205.00 and the transaction is still pending even after i returned the truck and closed it out. spoke with corporate about the charge and was told they didnt charge it but my bank acct states different. Only drove the truck 3.5 miles and was charged for 20 miles instead. Waiting on U Haul to make this right but it hasnt happened yet. I even cleaned the truck out from where the previous renters left it dirty. This experience was very hard on my confidence with U Haul. Had it not been for the nice lady that worked with me, i would have rented from another company. Will be on the phone with U Haul management until this matter is resolved and all the money that is due to me is returned in full. And because of the overcharge, my bank has charged me an overdraft fee and i expect U Haul to reimburse me for that as well since it was their charge that caused all this mess.

JENNIFER DThe attendants need to make sure the customer has hooked up the trailer correctly and assist with a light check. Neither if these things happened at Climate Masters. This trailer was one of the best I have rented, rock solid, ni swaying or wobbles…super smooth ride.

RANDAL FAbsolutely awful in every way possible. I arrived to pick up the truck I reserved (or so I thought) at 09:30. I walk in and tell the lady my name and show her my reservation receipt to which she knew nothing about. The ole “deer in headlights” look. She then proceeds to call the recent customer to ask when they’re going to return the truck. So now I have taken off work for the day to sit and wait on someone else to do what they’re supposed to do. For some reason no one decided it was important to call me ahead of time and make me aware of this issue. It was finally ready for pick up at 01:00 pm. We arrived to pick up the truck and I stated the only thing I needed was a dolly. Well. I get all the way to the job to see there’s no dolly. I wouldn’t use them ever again for anything at all. Don’t waste your time.
