I was provided an old beat up 170,000 mile truck which the alignment was off and I had to fight it to keep in the lane, the engine was so old and loud we had to yell at each other in the cabin to hear each other and it would spudder on the highway. Location and process was great but very disappointed with quality of truck provided.
Adrian CI'd been using the location on Fruitville for years but this is so much easier to access and maneuver than their cramped lot. Plus, you can refill with gas right as you drop off the truck. Both the cab and box area of our rental were perfectly clean. Used the app to pick it up after their business hours, no issues at all. Met the guy who runs the rentals when we returned (inside the gas station) really nice and easy going.
Thomas DJoe the uhaul manager was amazing I have always had a great experience renting trucks from this location he has always been so customer oriented and so friendly. Will never go anywhere else to rent a uhaul truck thank you JOE!!!!!!!!!!
