I had such a great experience with my recent U-Haul rental, and a lot of that is thanks to the manager, Joe. From the moment I walked in, Joe was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process feel easy he walked me through the rental details, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. The truck itself was clean, well-kept, and perfect for what I needed. Joe even gave me a couple of tips that made loading and driving smoother than I expected. Returning the truck was just as simple, and Joe checked me in quickly with the same friendly attitude. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Big shoutout to Joe for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future moves!
