The guy running or owning this location does a good job. If you're looking for a place in a good neighborhood this is not the place for you. But the owner/manager was very friendly and helpful when the terrible Uhaul app didn't work, over and over and over and...Spent about an hour trying to get the app to work, and finally the Uhaul customer service recommended going inside to the manager. Which by the way only lists their Uhaul hours as 0830 to 1430. Not convenient. And they never answer the phone, neither the number for Uhaul nor the one for the station. But, again, the owner/manager was very friendly and helpful.

Original location forgot to leave keys in mobile check in box. Spent an hour and a half trying to find another location.
SCOTT BI had such a great experience with my recent U-Haul rental, and a lot of that is thanks to the manager, Joe. From the moment I walked in, Joe was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process feel easy he walked me through the rental details, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. The truck itself was clean, well-kept, and perfect for what I needed. Joe even gave me a couple of tips that made loading and driving smoother than I expected. Returning the truck was just as simple, and Joe checked me in quickly with the same friendly attitude. Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Big shoutout to Joe for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future moves!
