The trailer jack was hard to crank, worm gear worn out or needs greasing. Otherwise trailer was good condition.
Everything was ready before I got there. Check out was painless even though I added things. Representatives where very friendly and professional.
The WORST experience. We arrived on Friday around 4:30 PM to rent a moving van. Most people move over the weekend, so you would think the store would be staffed accordingly. We went into the store and stood around for 15 minutes, and there was no employee to be found. I called the manager's number that I found on a business card by the checkout area, and it went to the automated messaging system. Another customer was also in the store waiting, and finally, she decided to walk around the building to see if she could find someone. She finds two employees, who finally come in to help us. By this time, two other customers were waiting in line. The employees hardly made eye contact with us and appeared to be high. After we finally checkout, the employee gave us the following code to access the truck keys: SUCK. Who in their right mind thinks that this code is an appropriate to give to a customer? My husband, who was already frustrated, could not get the code to work. He goes back into the store, and the other employee comes out to see what is going on. That employee could not access the key because the code was not working, so he runs back into the store to talk to the other employee. He comes back out with the correct code: BEST. What kind of a person gives you a code SUCK, and it is intentionally wrong? The lack of professionalism was just incredible. Then, when we go to return the truck at 4:45 PM on a Sunday, AGAIN, there is no employee to be found. And to top it off, UHaul charges us an additional $200! Our original bill, which was $300 for two and a half days included an estimated 130 miles, and the actual mileage was only 89. They charged us twice, and it was the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and if I could give no stars, I would. I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I was billed twice the rental rater, however, customer service took care of it the following day. On-site staff was very courteous and helpful.
Not to happy what it cost for 11/2 hour of use I never checked the odometer which is my fault but I really think that something wasn't written down right with the odometer I used it to move a tv from Saukville to hey b Belgium and they changed me 100.00 for mileage after the 37.00 for the truck charge. Never go back there.

I had to shovel snow out of the trailer bed prior to leaving the lot, should have been cleaned, ready to go.
Quick and easy
I spent 15 min in the parking lot trying to complete thr online checkin process. it would not accept the contact people i was trying to enter and i ended up going inside anyway. why 2 non-family members are required is not clear. that coukd certainly be part of the initial reservation rather than the online pickup process.
It took forever to pick up the uhaul after already having a reservation for it. There really should be some kind of deal if you put a certain amount of miles on the uhaul. I think it's a bit much to be spending over $400 to move when I already spend so much money on my new place. I can't even afford groceries now.

Our experience was great! Especially like the twenty four hour return area. Drive in at around 5:00 pm, was dark and your guy was walking out to the truck before I was out. Great Job!!!!!
The white wire at the hitch connection wire on the trailer was not even connected.

I live in Sheboygan and there was no truck available for pickup at any of the 3 locations. If you want better customer service you should have trucks available at the location the customer is asking.
