I had to call U-Haul for drop off assistance. This 24/7 drop off location (Quickstop 94) was not clearly marked as a drop off site, especially in the dark. The customer service agent was extremely helpful, giving me an alternate location just 3 miles away ... 3802 Ogeechee Road. This U-Haul site was well lit and accessible.

JONATHAN KI have rented several times from U-Haul in the past 3 months, and made the reservation 5-7 days before picking up of vehicle/trailer and FURNATURE PADS. And every time I pick up the rental there are NO FURNATURE PADS!!!
