This was a terrible experience. My pickup location was changed on me because the original location selected didn’t have my equipment. So guess what when I got to my location that you changed me to they didn’t have my equipment either. I needed a 15 foot truck and a dolly. They didn’t have a dolly. They offered no help in finding one. I went to another location on my own to try and find a dolly while when I got there there was 20 people in line and the computers were down. I’m on a time limit. I had just traveled from Nashville, Tennessee to Savannah, Georgia, and I had to have a dolly! So I ended up having to go to Lowe’s and spend $129 to buy one because of y’all’s mess up. The U-Haul had limited gas in it so I had to fill it up right away. It wasn’t swept out and it was dirty so before I could even put my stuff in there, I had to clean it.

The truck was dirty and old!!!

Karen YI had to call U-Haul for drop off assistance. This 24/7 drop off location (Quickstop 94) was not clearly marked as a drop off site, especially in the dark. The customer service agent was extremely helpful, giving me an alternate location just 3 miles away ... 3802 Ogeechee Road. This U-Haul site was well lit and accessible.
