There was no one there to receive the truck when I arrived . The store clerk just asked me for the keys, without giving me a receipt or anything to prove that I had returned the truck. I had to keep the paperwork to cover myself.

ANDREA B.We rented a U-Haul Cargo van through Wheels for our Medical Equipment company, to deliver and care for respiratory patients. I got into a filthy van that absolutely stank. Then the minute the key turned, Low Tire Pressure, Overdue for Oil Change, 0% Oil lights all came on. We attempted to drive it one day because we had no choice then turned it in. Total failure.
MAP S.The QuickStop....what a unprofessional bunch of people....barely spoke understandable English...not attentive or helpful at all. Need to be closed down as there is a larger Uhaul center right down the same street.
