The first trailer they connected to my hitch had lights that didn't work, went out...however the tech had realized this and quickly got me another trailer in good condition with lights that definitely worked. Appreciated their attention to detail.

uHaul Corporate blamed all of the mistakes with my rental on the pickup location, but I don't believe for a second that they are at fault. The problems originated with uhaul.com's customer service chat. I highly advise against using the chat for anything. The pickup location should have done more to correct the drop off location, though. That would have made it so that I did not have to put up with the drop off location rep's district manager declining to waive the errored fee without knowing anything about the situation either. Just a flat out no, do not discount or waive any fees for these customers. (Per the rep) I ended up having to call uHaul's 800 number and insist that they find and listen to the recording of my call to uHaul in order to get the "incorrect drop off location" fee that was not supposed to be on my account refunded. It was finally refunded and I was apologized to after a total of 3 hours on the phone. Lesson learned: Do not leave anything about your reservation to chance. If you see anything wrong at all, make sure it is 100% fixed before handing anyone your card for payment. Once you take possession of the rental, they WILL NOT NOTE YOUR ACCOUNT OR FIX ANYTHING. You will be up s--- creek without a paddle.

U haul needs to get its act together as the original return location on my contract that I went to doesn't participate with U Haul any longer so when I arrived I had to go to a different location.

I feel robbed. I rented the same trailer 4 months ago and it was $100 less. Very disappointed. I will be going out of my way to make sure all my friends and family know not to use uhaul and make sure to give uhaul bad reviews anytime it is mentioned on social media or online because of the way I was treated in regards to the pricing.

Overall good customer service, took off one start due to the driver's cab and bed of the 15' ft truck being dirty; and we had to clean it, but other than that, the truck ran well, with no problems.

I rent a truck from this location when I re-tuned it they charger 448.54 staying that I drove over 300 miles for an in town move witch was a total of 70 miles. When I called and talked to the general manager is was very ruddy to me, to top that I go and look at my bank account it show that not only did they take the 448.54 but they have 367.57 on hold so at this time u haul has a total of 816.11 of my money tie up.

It was the worst experience I have ever had!!! I would not recommend your company to anyone. I booked my truck and tow dolly 3weeks in advance. 48 hours before my pick up datemy location was switched 4times. The last timewas the day of pick up and the location was switched to a different state. Not only thatit was switched to a different state and location on the day of pick up, but I wasn't told until I called up to say we were running late. I made several phone calls and spoke to several managers and it's been a week and i'm still waiting for a call back for my refund. They lied to me and told me that someone called me to notify me of the change and when I asked for a copy of the telephone conversation they told me they couldn't. Which is a lie because when they put you on hold (which is anywhere from 15-30 minutes) the recording states that this phone call is being recorded and if you would like a copy you can request one. Well I request a copy of all my conversations last Monday and i'm still waiting for them!!! I'm also waiting for the manager, Emani, to call me back (if she is even a manager).

The online reservation process was horrible. Do not offer trailers that do not exists. I reserved the 5x8 cargo utility trailer only to find out at the uhaul store in Richmond hill 31324 that those don’t exist; and that during the process uhaul online changed it to a 5x8 cargo trailer. So that store canceled my reservation and sent me to the 31405 location. I was told I had a reservation and received a text confirmation I had a trailer reserved. I got to the 31405 location and was told there was no reservation. Lucky they had some and were able to help. I will not use the online again. What a nightmare. I ended up driving way out of my way because of this what a hassle.

My reservation was made with U-Haul on 8810 Abercorn, Sav. GA was terribly handled. I received two emails saying my auto trailer was ready for pick up on Tuesday, 31 July 18. I doubleed checked at the location Monday evening (to be sure0 and they did not have a trailer for me and were very unapologetic. Your automated system reminds me it is ready and personnel on site said no, that it was incorrect information. Totally incompetent! I had to find another U-haul dealer outside of town to get the trailer. Terrible customer service and broken customer notification system....you need to fix it or I will never rent from U-Haul again!!!! The U-Haul on Ogeechee Rd did an excellent job but you need to close down or totally re-staff/re-train personnel at the site on Abercorn St in Savannah!

Pick up was quick but when we returned the truck, we had to wait almost an hour to return it because there was only one person at the counter. We waited patiently, no problem with us but others were getting aggravated.

Ensure that the representatives know the difference between a regular reservation and an after hours reservation and can put them into the system correctly. Customer service was very slow which resulted in my 8 year old and myself being stuck outside the location in the ran for almost two hours before the manager finally came to manually open the lock box for the keys for the truck I was picking up. Overall the experience was acceptable at best
