Pick up instructions were not clear from the beginning. The vehicle was very dirty and sticky inside. I paid for a utility dolly and it was not in the truck upon pick up. I had to to drive to another location to pick up a dolly. The truck was left unlocked for whatever reason. Not happy with my experience.

Ayush SI have been fraudulently charged for gas. I filled up with gas right before dropping the vehicle off and have images before and after using the U-Haul showing the same gas amount. I want my money back.
