i was cheated on the km or miles for 100 miles which i only had under 20 miles plz look into it otherwise i m gonna find alternative to get bk my money plus i used my insurance and got charged 16 dollars a day for nothing

Another rental at Mister Convenience on Island Road. Service is above average but poor rating for condition of cube van. I was told maintenance of vans/trucks are U-Haul's responsibility and not that of the location. No issues operating rental; however, the van was dusty and dirty.
MICHELLE PIt smelled like the van was used for some smelly garbage disposal and the liquid was in the back space. I tried to sprinkle baking soda on the smelly liquid but it didn't kill the smell well.
HELEN PI was over charged for utility dolly rental, I paid for mattress bags upfront but they said they didn’t have stock. I need to call U-Haul to get a refund. U-Haul exploits its customers
