I had to call Uhaul to get through to someone who had to call me to figure out the process to get the truck. The individual was nice but had to confirm the same information I had given in the reservation and uploaded online. The truck was parked on the lawn and not in a parking spot. I had reserved a dolly and that wasn't provided either. Disappointing experience.
