Yonas WPicked up the van. The guy had no internet. He couldn't take my info I had no space on my phone to put your app so I had to get my son who was with me to put the app on his phone so that I could upload my drivers license and information. The gentleman running the shop didn't know how to use the app. And could not give me any advice on how to use it. Anyway, I figured it out. Got into the van and drove for a minute when I noticed that there was no gas in the vehicle and the back of the vehicle was absolutely filthy. I called the gentleman and told him that there was no gas in the vehicle And he said That's all the customers bring it back He said, just bring it back the way you found it. I didn't think that was good business or good customer service.
