The location was totally fine. It was the Uhaul app that caused me trouble. I left the app for just a moment and couldn't easily find the instructions to find the lockbox and code. I could not go back to those instructions. I found the lockbox on my own after searching the property and then finally searching the van. After that I had to sift through the reservation details to find the code.
