It took 20 mins to check out. and when returning, I was told I have to do it on the website, since I reserved from the site. Since it's in a convenience store, the clerk needed to take care of another customer all the time. it took me about 30 mins to return the truck
PEIZHE ZI recently received two receipts for the same transaction, each showing different amounts and including charges I did not expect. When I reached out to the staff for clarification, they were not very accommodating and seemed dismissive of my concerns. Instead of offering to resolve the issue promptly, they insisted that I call back only during a time that suited them, which felt unhelpful and unprofessional.

RONALDO PThe person at the store was slow and unresponsive. I get the sense he did not understand the process very well and he seemed confused about my questions about dropoff and payment. It also took about 45 minutes to get processed. The parking in this place was very large and easy though.
