The location operator was busy attending to other matters, leaving me to figure things out on my own. Was unavailable to report issues to him, so I reported them straight to U-Haul support, who helped walk me through everything. I don't know if the discount provided was even worth all the hassle I had at this location, which added to the time I spent picking up and dropping off the truck. Big let down compared to other locations I've rented from. I liked that the truck had a backup camera, but that's about it. Was interested in shoes, but again, the operator was busy doing their own thing.

Owner attempted to charge me for a non returned dolly that was never requested. Item was returned and he said he would update U-Haul. On December 29 he advised me he would update U-Haul with text confirmation. On January 23 U-Haul attempted to charge me with the charge he said he would update with them and then ghosted me when I tried to contact him regarding the issue

ARTHUR SReserved a trolley - arrived and it wasn't available. Told to drive 20 min there and 20 min back to another location to get it. Completely unrealistic. We had an elevator booked for 3 hours only and this was on Christmas Eve. Move took 5 hours instead of 3, caused back pain, and I had to pay extra help to finish. Also charged for Damage Coverage I did not ask for. Unacceptable service and poor management. Will not use U-Haul again.
