Check engine light was on, the driver side window had a leak causing wind noise during the drive.
Sanjevan NEverything was great, however I'm still trying to figure out how 9 miles (14 kilometers) used $17.85 of gas.
Naeem MIt was not communicated to me that I will have to pick-up the truck using u-haul. When I got to the location, it was closed and I had no idea. I tried calling the location but no answer. I had to get on a call with u-haul customer support and I was told I have to use the app. All in all it wasted 1 hour for me. My pickup time was 10am and I was only able to drive at 11am. Going through the app was another challenge. App was slow and ui/ux was confusing. I would avoid app check-in/check-out as in person pickup would be so much faster.
Waqas BThe U-Haul signage was not clear as it’s actually a shoe store that provides u-haul service. Maybe mention this on the confirmation order
