Pick up time is 10:30 but when I am there on time no one is there. I didn’t get the truck until 12:00pm! I requested a dolly in my order but I didn’t get it, still uhual charged me $7! Horrible

I booked 15" inch truck but I got 9" van and I have shift my things from Markham to oshawa 4 times , I drop off the van at same spot but that area is too congested so it's a worst experience for me
