When I arrived the cargo vans back was full of stuff from the previous renter. The owner then made me cancel the reservation and rebook another cargo van at the location. The whole process of picking up took around 1hr and a half making me very late for my event. Usually picking up only takes around 5 minute from all my numerous past experiences.
