I had booked 15 foot truck few days back , that when I went to the location . They said 15 foot truck is not available , he said will give van with discount. However I managed to shift all my belongings almost in 3 trips which was a big hustle for me . The guy arranged me something at the last moment . But without my consent my reservation was cancelled . It looks so unprofessional .
JONES BI didn't get a dolly to use and the guy said he was going to refund the money for the dolly instead I get a extra 1plus charge on my card
