Picked up the van. The guy had no internet. He couldn't take my info I had no space on my phone to put your app so I had to get my son who was with me to put the app on his phone so that I could upload my drivers license and information. The gentleman running the shop didn't know how to use the app. And could not give me any advice on how to use it. Anyway, I figured it out. Got into the van and drove for a minute when I noticed that there was no gas in the vehicle and the back of the vehicle was absolutely filthy. I called the gentleman and told him that there was no gas in the vehicle And he said That's all the customers bring it back He said, just bring it back the way you found it. I didn't think that was good business or good customer service.

SHAKIRU BThe service was not professional. The agent arrived twenty minutes late and I waited in my car parked in an overcrowded parking lot. I never saw the inside of the building which appeared to be dirty from the outside. I was very nervous to give my personal information as the transaction was completed on agent's cell while we stood in the parking lot. I would like you to know that the back of the van and the outside were clean, but there was a very unclean looking "stain" on the driver's side consul. Over the years I have U-Haul services to my complete satisfaction, but this is the second week in a row where I have been so disappointed.
Eveyln GGet better agents than the one at 526 Kennedy road. It took me more than 45 minutes and several phone calls before I could access the key. I missed my appointment for loading and had to request rescheduled timing.
