Get better agents than the one at 526 Kennedy road. It took me more than 45 minutes and several phone calls before I could access the key. I missed my appointment for loading and had to request rescheduled timing.

I had to wait 30 minutes before someone, from the customer support, could guide me on how to get a key to start the van from the key box. I’ll never come back again.
Armando AI have booked Van for few hours totals 15 km travel. My credit card has rental insurance plus my auto insurance covers rental insurance. During the reservation I clearly declined insurance. However, after return the car I received the receipt. They charged insurance $19.95+HST. When I told the guy about the extra charges, he told me to call head office.
TANBIR CI had to call Uhaul to get through to someone who had to call me to figure out the process to get the truck. The individual was nice but had to confirm the same information I had given in the reservation and uploaded online. The truck was parked on the lawn and not in a parking spot. I had reserved a dolly and that wasn't provided either. Disappointing experience.
