When we arrived on-site to pick up the truck, the storeperson informed us that it hadn’t arrived yet due to traffic delays and kindly arranged for us to be accommodated at another location. However, just as we were leaving, we saw the truck pulling in and returned to the original store to complete the pickup as planned. Although there was a bit of initial disappointment, the overall experience was positive. The staff were customer-focused and did their best to assist and accommodate us.
