Never rent a truck from this dealer. They have many hidden charges. The guy is a cheater. He charged 30 Gas servic charge. When I rented the truck the level of the gas was below half. I used only 11 KM. But they charged $54 for gasoline and $30 for service charge. Just for one day they charged $331 which was supposed to be $79 + gasoline.

No one to assist us. Took 30mins just to pick up vehicle and there was no office where we can go and talk. Everything happened over call and no further assistance given. Even at the time of returning vehicle, no instructions were provided and because of that they charges us extra money. I wanna claim a dispute

KIRK AService is very poor ,nobody was there to help .I reach on time to pick up my truck but no staff was there and hardly find out some who help me to reach him through phone and his phone out of coverage its very hard for me to get the truck and somehow there is a person was helped me to get it after 30 to 45 min only i received the truck.
PRINCE PThis location has no U-Haul signage, and requires you to walk into what looks like an industrial waste factory to find the office. Despite reserving a dolly and blankets, none of these items were available when I picked up my rental, and the attendant just deleted them from my order while processing my pick-up.
