Arthur DThe app did not work properly which caused delays. The locations wasn't clear on where to go. It was in a recycling facilities and the workers are working and doing U-Haul but priority is their recycling job( can't blame them). The truck did not have any gas it was on E, and the tire pressure warning was on which made the truck not show the odometer. Also the staff were not well trained but did try to help.

Aamir MNever rent a truck from this dealer. They have many hidden charges. The guy is a cheater. He charged 30 Gas servic charge. When I rented the truck the level of the gas was below half. I used only 11 KM. But they charged $54 for gasoline and $30 for service charge. Just for one day they charged $331 which was supposed to be $79 + gasoline.
