My experience with this location has always been excellent. However, the 10' truck I booked yesterday was blocked by car. They tried to find the owner but after 15 minutes they gave me a 15' foot truck as a replacement for the same price as the 10' truck. I was grateful, however, the truck was not cleaned - very dirty from the last renter. We got our move done and returned the truck as we got it.

KATHIRESAN SHow is the $1 environmental fee used? Junk fee. The inside of the van could be wiped down better.
TOBY-ANNE DI chose the option to pick up the truck and equipment using the 24/7 and app. When I got there to check in using the app, I get an email error saying no equipment has been assigned for this reservation. There were no keys in the lockboxes. While the process was smooth when I finally got into the store, having to go through that beats the purpose of doing everything online.
