Disgusting customer service. Broken computer. Untrained staff. Customers waiting. Staff eating lunch and send me away because he was having lunch!!!! RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. CRAZY ENTITLED. ADBOLUTE DISASTER !!!!!! I was overcharged and I had to call U-Haul in US - Customer Service to get a refund. PLEASE REVOKE THE U-HAUL LICENSE TO THIS LOCATION !!!! DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!

JEFFREY DThe pick up procedure is ok but the drop off process is terrible. The shop was closed even it was in the working hour. We have to contact u-haul call center which need to wait on the phone for a long time. This location used to have a very good score but being no more due to the new owner operation. I will not come to this location again.
