I recently rented a U-Haul vehicle, and the experience was not pleasant. The truck had a very strong and bad smell inside, similar to spoiled chicken or food that had been left for a long time. It made the ride uncomfortable and concerning, especially when transporting personal items. I hope the company improves cleaning and inspection before renting vehicles to customers.
Kannan SI had no headaches or long waits, staff was helpful and friendly. I will surely go back there in the near future.

Bilqis NWhen I rent this truck. The gas level was half tank according to the system. When I start the vehicle and move out of the plaza. Gas level become lower than half tank. I turn the truck beck to the rental place and show the attendant. He said when return the vehicle they will adjust. Then I left. When i return the vehicle I fill up the gas up to the level when took it. The staff said it's not half tank. He told me to put more gas. Then I bring back again he said not reached the level Then again I put the gas. In front of him. This time I put more than half tank. I am disappointed. I am not coming back to this location anymore.
