Nothing about this transaction was acceptable. Did the truck run? Yes. Did the truck suit our needs? Yes. That's where it ends. It was NOT easy to reserve. It was NOT easy to pick up , even with ALL requirements having been met prior to pick-up. The facility is run down, dirty and almost impossible to exit once we actually got the truck. Horribly understaffed, although I will say that both attendants were pleasant, but showed signs of a less than enthusiastic, career goals, "I'm supported by my company" spirit.

They was just to damn slow. I had called corporate earlier that day bc i was told by another customer that one of the employees had told him i couldnt pull out of the lot unless i had a full size pickup hooked to the dolly. Corporate confirmed it was fine the uhual app said it was fine but once i get there they said no its not. It took me telling them that corporate approved and and was to notify them if i had any problems. The employee then said it was fine and compatable.

At first I was not too happy as I was told my truck was considered too old and not heavy enough to pull the small car I needed to tow. But the guy instead offered the solution of renting me a truck also which was at a very reasonable price just made my day. Over all I was extremely happy with the outcome. It all worked out extremely well.

Email night before said truck is reserved. Last minute call letting me know I had to drive to Blaine, MN to pick up truck...put be behind. Please don't tell me you have a truck at a location when you don't. I was offered no compensation for this inconvenience. Your fail should not cost me. Location and people great, policy not so much.

Pick up this morning was handled quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated given the line of 4 others ahead of me. Gentleman working was helpful and expedient. I like that you can make reservation on-line, do express check-in to save time and return vehicle after hours. Today's rental went very smoothly. I don't understand the reservation system. Twice prior to today I had a confirmed reservation, then was called 2 days before letting me know if I wanted the truck, I had to drive an hour to get it. The next time I was told my 24-hour reservation had to be cut to 7 hours. I know..."subject to availability", busy moving time, people change dates/times as I did. But, frustrating when you think you have something taken care of, and then you don't. Glad today worked out.

Need more people to help out. There are a lot people waiting in line for service.

On a busy Saturday morning, they needed more workers. Wait time was unacceptable. At one point, 10 people were waiting in line. The workers looked overwhelmed, disheveled and the whole process of checking in was unorganized. Many times, all the workers were outside showing customers where their rental trucks were and no one was st the desk helping customers, answering phones or overall assistance. It was not a good experience checking in but returning the truck was a faster process.

Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a 5x8 trailer that was reserved well in advance. Was told to return trailer by 7am the next day. The store didn't't even open until 9am. Had to come back later to find out that it is a self return using the website. Instructions could've been more clear.
