I regret taking a pic of the gas gage. The man that said there was 13/16 of a tank was wrong it was cold i was in a hurry and didn't think about what was said. I put 8.5 gallons of gas in when i was done with the truck which i figured was close to what i used. I only drove 59 miles and put in 8.5 gallons of gas which i had the receipt for minutes before i returned truck. They didn't care about that. basically I put in enough gas considering i was only getting 7 mpg. Mistakes where made on both uhauls and my fault for not clearing things up before i left like i said it was cold and i was in a hurry. not to keen on uhaul right now as i feel i should be reimbersed on the extra gas charges.

The whole rental experience was a pleasure, from discussing what equipment I would require, to arranging times for pick up and drop off, to picking up and returning the vehicle. The truck was well-maintained and clean and available as scheduled. While I did not need any extra supplies, a wide variety of moving materials were readily available for rent, and were offered without pressure. Check in and check out were very smooth, and the staff were efficient, pleasant, and helpful. Parking was a bit cramped and confusing, but ultimately quite workable. I would certainly recommend this location and have done so already several times since this rental, and will be very inclined to rent from this site again.

The truck was not ready for my pickup. There was a good amount of snow and ice on the truck and took awhile to clean it off. The truck itself had issues shifting from second to third gear otherwise it was fine.

I was 9 miles over my estimated amount of planned miles. However I clearly had several gallons of fuel (7/16 tank picked up and 9/16 tank dropped off) but didn’t compensate for the 9 miles over estimated mileage. Still had to pay the .69 for each of the 9 miles. Disappointed to say the least. Next one I will barely get the fuel gauge to where it was. This location is a shit hole!!! It’s a dump.

you sent me to a drop off location to accomodate U Hauls needs. Miles out of my way for drop off. My pick up location was very understaffed. I was there for over an hour. I had reserved my truck two weeks prior. Very poor experience. But i get the idea that U Haul doesn't care. Cheap, lowsey service for a proffit.

It seems to take quite a bit more time than most retail to make a sale. Whether boxes or tape or a rental. Scanning does not seem to work well or speed things up. It took me three try’s to get your website to accept the information and complete the early check in process. Very cumbersome once I got the terms and conditions. It kept throwing me back to the home page.

John Canter, the salesperson who attached the trailer was very thorough and spent as much time as he needed to make sure our hitch was safe and secure. He even motioned for us to return as we started to pull out so he could double check something. We appreciated his concern.

More staff available. I didn't have much issue this time, but last time I waited a very long time in line while the only service representative helped other customers.



It is unconscionable that you would have only one employee on duty late in the day at the peak time when your customers are returning and picking up equipment. The line was 7 people deep when I returned my truck, and each transaction takes a very long time. Your employee did not know how to check in the equipment, and I waited a very long time for a $5 overcharge to be reduced. Properly staffing your location shows respect for your customers' time. Hopefully I will not be moving again for a very long time. I would not rent from this location again.

I had a bad experience with this location a few years ago and i asked for a different business. I was lied to and ended up with this location. I was told i wouldn't get this one. I was lied to. Will never trust uhaul again. I did like the Janesville drop iff. Clean buy had issues dropping it off after hours. Owner made it right.
