Windows dirty. Had to take truck home and clean it before use. Was told I would be billed for one day because under 24 hours and was billed for 2 days. Was threatened by u haul with being charged for stolen vehicle because it was not put in computer right away after returning truck. Overall I will look into other companies next time I need a truck.
