Excellent service and a great experience. Was able to get the truck I needed and use it all day. This truck was a much nicer model than others I have rented. Quick pickup and was able to return the truck after hours

Clifford KHad to call the owner and wait 30 minutes after my appointment for him to return. Business just closes randomly and doesn’t honor reservations. Twice in one week.
John NBusiness closed early without setting up for truck pickup. Charged us for the truck we never got PLUS $20 late return fee. Second time this location did not have our truck at the agreed upon time in less than a week.
JOHN NI was charged a bunch of extra money, I want some money back. I had the truck for less then 12 hours on friday and I was charged for 2 days, rental and insurance. I can't get any answers, I want my money. Please let me know when I will get my refund, Thank you, Joe I can do another review when things are fixed
