I’m gonna have to post this on every social platform. Manager told me the truck had been vandalized. Somebody stole the gas so they give me a truck with no gas in it what they didn’t tell me they’ve never inspected it. Somebody cut through the muffler system so it cost me $1800 to hire people to load then to unload then I had to drive the truck myself because I never showed up at the other end And they didn’t wanna show up again the workers 10 hour round-trip drive back horrifying experience I talked to 12 different phone calls never got a resolution or a refund

Other rentals have had a pad lock for the roll up door provided. I needed to but my own lock for this rental.
