There was gasoline or disal on the attic shelf. I did not notice this when packing. Several boxes absorbed the liquid and now have the smell. There was no liquid in any of my boxes. I can drop a box by; it still smells. The lock boxes are awful to use. It took me 30 minutes to get them to work. I will never do this again. The second box, which worked more easily, did not have a key. The customer service said I would be credited $50 for all the stress. The resolution was to wait two hours for the shop to open. This is no option. I had an hour driving time to destination. These means I would be paying 2 movers $80/hour for three hpurs because your box did not work?! That would cost me more than renting the Uhaul. Not a reasonable solution and a terrible stressful situation. I would never recommend people use these boxes for pickup unless you can pick up the key hours before. Never again!
