This is the only place I would rent a U-Haul from in Santa Cruz County. They are respectful their plate. They always respond in that timely manner. I’ve reserved four in the last three weeks and they always make time for me. Everything is always clean ready to go never a problem I love these guys

Picked up in the evening, it was very dark and hard to see. Would highly recommend leaving vehicles in a well lighted area for customers picking up/dropping off after dark.
LEAH SEmployee who was supposed to be there for truck pick up wasn't there. Had to switch to auto-pickup via the app which is surprisingly cumbersome. Truck cab was dirty with dirt and leaves on the floor. Truck had "service tire pressure sensor" warning light on the whole time. Otherwise the truck worked fine. Not a big deal, just not what I've experienced with previous U-Haul rentals.
