The office staff at U-Haul provided excellent customer service to me as a new customer. He was confident and caring to whoever each and every detail with me for the rental process. Also, I wanted to say something about the movers the two guys that came to my home or a professional and thorough and they explained everything to me about the move. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

JEAN HU Hsul corporate person (not this location) was rude when there was an issue with drop off. I dropped the truck 6 hours before time was up at the location on my agreement, but she wanted me to drive it 30 mins to a different location and became very rude when I refused A big black eye for U Haul!
