The location where we reserved the truck did not have it when we arrived, we then had to go to a location 2 miles away to pick it up, which was okay however it was very difficult to contact this location and determine that they actually had the equipment. It took over 2 hours to get it straightened out. The inside of the truck cab was very dirty, the back of the truck was leaking and some of our belongings got wet.
