Dear Staff: I just hope I get to utilize all of the services of the U-haul vehicles next time. I had such a short time that I wasn't able to take anything to the moving site in Mountlake Terrace past Shoreline. After all, I did have to bring it back by 4:00 pm, however when I got caught in traffic, I intended to bring it back later than I wanted.to. At least someone was still in the office by the time I brought it back. I would rather patronise this location more than the one on Rainier Ave. Luther

MICHAEL SImportant to know is that nearby parking is expensive and that's if you can find some
KATHERYN HThis location gave me the keys to the wrong vehicle; they had given the keys to the vehicle I had rented to someone else. As a result, check-in was very slow and took 45 minutes, cutting into my reservation time. The rented appliance dolly was not in the truck, so I had to retrieve it from the building.
