There are always lines on the weekends, sometimes very long ones. Maybe some proper capacity planning/staffing for this peaks would help streamline the rentals. Just a suggestion.

I was charged an extra day when I brought my equipment back. I understand that it runs on a 24 hour cycle, but when it’s a small amount of time, but within the same day of expected return it is petty to charge a whole extra day.

I was at the store before opening as I reserved an 5X8 trailer and needed to beon location by 9am. The new wiring that I had done one year earlier at another U Haul location didn't work. There was no cargo van available until later that day. The employee who waited on me, I believe his name was Eric, took the time to replace the failed wiring, hooked up the trailer, checked the lights and had me out the door in about 20 minutes. Thank you Eric and U Haul for a job well done!

I rent the vehicle for a month and was very clear that i need to rent 3 van two for a 3 weeks and one for a month. U Hual employee told me that they will do weekly that is how our system works. I said I am ok mas long as you know for a month and however your system work you know. I will return your van on Dec 22nd. U haul manager called me on Dec 6th and told me to return the vehicle today. when i talked to hoim he was very rude and said you need to bring vehicle back and your week is over. i explained to him that i am renting until 22nd. he said i don't care i need vehicle back because someone else reserved it all three other wise iut will count breaching the contract. very poor service very rude. Post office is well known agency and cost me to call all carrier from the street and return the vehicle. it disturb our operation because of your system how does it work and your manager/employee. I will never recommended anyone to go to U-Haul in fact I will tell everyone how bad experience I had with U-Haul.

Check in was fantastic at pick-up - when my mobile didn't get to do the fast check-in, counter help was friendly/ prompt and everything in good shape. Then they were SUPER helpful when we needed to extend our rental TWICE due to a PODS no-show and being in a crunch to use the van for moving bulk of possessions. Then drop-off was so simple I could have sworn I was missing something. Good people. Vehicle ran great. No problems whatsoever. And I know it's surprising for people to say that about a vehicle rental experience but it's true!

I got sent to a different location (the morning of my pick up) than I had placed my reservation. The new location (really far from my original location) did not have the truck I had reserved over a week in advance. They then said they could give me a truck meant to be returned at a different location but I would have to pay over a $100 extra. Why should I pay for a mistake on your part? Luckily the manager came in and released the truck. I also pre-ordered boxes but was then told I would have to go to my original location to pick them up (this makes no sense, you guys sent me to this new location and now you're saying I'll have to go to the first location??). To round up the terrible service, I returned one of the boxes the next day for a refund but they said they would not give me one since I did not have a receipt. I was here less than 24 hours ago, you really can't pull up my order on your computer?? All round this was probably the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. I'm just happy I won't be needing a truck for a long time.

- truck size we reserved was not available when we went for pickup. You had changed the pickup location to a spot that wasn't feasible to get to for us. - Mileage reading was wrong, clerk said he corrected it, then we were charged for gas. - lines were long in the store - not enough staff, and not enough parking for customers The biggest problem was that we weren't told in advance that the truck we reserved had to be picked up in another location.

I opted for an early mobile pickup so that I could get the moving truck parked before Seattle traffic. When I arrived, the truck was missing and I had to wait 15 min for someone to to help and locate the truck as it was hidden behind their garage. To top it off, the moving pads I rented weren’t in the truck and it had less than a quarter of gas. Not the way I want to start off a move.

Every time I've gone to this location, there has been some sort of issue. The people who work there are nice and they're helpful, but something has always gone wrong with the reservation and even though I make my reservations online and follow all the instructions for a faster check-out when I get there, it always takes at least 30 minutes because of issues that come up that they have to fix. This time I was charged for a larger trailer and they messed up my return date. If there were any other company I could rent a trailer from, I definitely would!
