There was a problem with the app allowing me to let my purchase go through. It would up charging my credit card 8 times. The manager I dealt with at the location was rude, accusatory, unhelpful, and completely apathetic about the situation. I wound up not getting the van I reserved and had to rent a more expensive truck. I do not recommend this location at all.
JONATHON MThe process for picking up and returning the truck/equipment was so easy and quick. The only thing that kept us from giving this location 5 stars is not having furniture pads. I reserved this online and didn't know until I picked up the truck that they didn't have furniture pads available. If we had known this before, we would have supplemented them ourselves.
ALYSSA CThe dolly was not secured properly and when I came to a stop the dolly hit the steel cage and made a loud crashing noise and I thought I hit something and it distracting my driving and it almost caused me to wreck the van. Uhaul needs to have a secure was the fasten the dolly. The van wasn’t clean.
