Absolute nightmare drop off location. Was sent there after hours and it turned out to not be an after hours location. Had to keep the key and return it back per U-Haul instruction. After driving back and forth, the location also turned out to not be one that accepts the U-Haul keys. The back and forth and lack of options provided were appalling, especially since I was simply following the directions provided by U-Hauls after hours customer service.
