Ratchet mechanism was very rusted and hard to crank. Staff was amazing.
Sheila WThe location and service was excellent from the pickup and drop off HOWEVER UHAUL.....YOU need to do a better job. I ordered two rentals for the same day. You changed pickup location TWICE AND DROP OFF. VERY unhappy.
LISA FPam was fantastic!! She was sorry for the experience we had with the trip and picking up the rental. She was even able to refund some money because there was more gas in the truck than when we picked it up. I would give them a rating of 20 out of 10 if I could!! If I need a rental in the future or if anyone does go see them!!!
HAROLD RIt was closed & the fence was locked, backed trailer in & had traffic stopped because we couldn’t get the truck off the road. The entire rental process was a nightmare!!!!!
